​Is there a bathroom on board?   Yes, there is a head onboard for bathroom emergencies.

Can we touch the animals?  No, on our Dolphin Tours many of the animals you will come in contact with are protected and should not be touched.

​Can we feed the animals?  No, on our dolphin tours, feeding the Dolphin, Birds or any animal while on board is not allowed.

Is smoking permitted?  Sorry, smoking is not permitted on board.  You may smoke while off the boat but please dispose of the butts properly.

Do I have to wear a life jacket?  No, this is a Coast Guard Inspected Vessel and you are not required to wear one.​

​Can we keep the shells we find?  Yes, as long as there is nothing living inside or is a live shell.

Are dogs allowed?  We love all pets, and they are welcome with approval.

How many people can come?  The vessel can carry up to 15 people for any of our tours or cruises. (max of 4 fishing at one time)

​Is there a cancellation policy? Yes, if we cancel your trip due to weather conditions or any reason outside of your own, we will give a full refund.  If you cancel 7 days or more before the reservation we will give a full refund.  However, if you cancel inside of the 7 day period then a $100.dollar cancellation fee will be withheld from your refund. We do not provide discounts or refunds if it rains while on your tour.
